You’re sitting up at night, thinking “what is wrong with me?”, “why can’t I just be normal?”, trying to figure out how things got to be so bad. You are often fearful or sad, others may tell you they don’t recognize you anymore. You know you used to have fun and enjoy being around other people. Now you just want to stay at home and lay in bed all day.

Counseling can be scary. Sitting in a room or at your computer talking to a stranger about your deepest struggles. Fearful that no one will ever truly understand what you are going through.
