Are you feeling as though you used to enjoy life a little more than you do right now?

Does it feel like you're unable to get back to "the way things used to be?"

Are you struggling to find someone to listen and understand what you are going through?

Have you tried to solve the problems in your life on your own and realized you need help from someone else?

If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then you have made the right choice by being here.

"Connection - The energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship."
~ Brene Brown

You’re sitting up at night, thinking “what is wrong with me?”, “why can’t I just be normal?”, trying to figure out how things got to be so bad. You are often fearful or sad, others may tell you they don’t recognize you anymore. You know you used to have fun and enjoy being around other people. Now you just want to stay at home and lay in bed all day.

You have come to the right place.

Counseling can be scary. Sitting in a room or at your computer talking to a stranger about your deepest struggles. Fearful that no one will ever truly understand what you are going through.

Counseling can also be fulfilling. Sitting in a room with a person that listens to your struggles with a non-judgmental ear. Providing you with guidance to resolve these inner battles and return to the life you’ve missed.

It takes a lot of courage to ask for help. Now is the time to get you back on the path to the life you want.

There is hope. Sometimes one big thing happens, or small things add up over time that causes us to feel down, nervous or stressed. We don’t know how we got there, so how are we supposed to know how to get out of it? Therapy can help with understanding how you are feeling and developing the skills to start to feel better.

If you're ready to work towards the life you've always wanted, I'm ready when you are. Contact me today and let's get to work.
