Rooted in Harmony Counseling was founded by Allie and Yvette with a clear purpose: to help moms overcome the unique hurdles of modern parenting. We possess a genuine passion for assisting mothers to break free from negative cycles in their relationships—with themselves, their partners, and their children.

Our specialization lies in helping moms achieve harmony and fulfillment in the midst of their demanding responsibilities, without succumbing to overwhelm, disappointment, or guilt. We believe in discussing the often difficult and complex topics of motherhood with a balanced perspective, empathy, and even a touch of humor. Our own experiences as mothers have equipped us with firsthand understanding and insight, enabling us to provide relatable support.
